The first time investing cryptocurrencies

Today I want to tell you a real story about my first cryptocurrencies transaction via Huobi.

After my very first transactions of some different cryptocurrencies, I got back about $2000. And I realized that in order to protect my asset more safely I need to use 2FA security for my account. Because it was the first time I applied and Authy app is supplied by the third party for security methods, I got into trouble when trying to active the 2FA. I forgot how it had happened but definitely I followed the guide steps wrongly. And finally, of course, my account was locked. It was about very early on May 16th 2018.
At that time I felt like I was losing my mind. I was crazy and started to call my friends for helps. They all told me that I was the loser and bat at learning by myself. I accepted all that things. Poor me! By the way, there were some who suggested to me that I should call the Huobi support team. Then, I did call them and told them my problems. However, the other problem with me that my English is very poor. I only used simple words and sentences (just like Hello, How are you) and had to use Google Translator. So that, I sent them messengers to Huobi support team. Thanks to Google, everything became easier. I did the short chat with them and sent them the photo of Identify via their email (
123@huobi.pro) for user identification. However, they still needed to call me for double check and made sure that I was the user owner. That was bad for me. Because, as I mentioned before, I am bad at English speaking and listening. I heard a sweet voice from the female supporter. And she pointed me very enthusiastically among 30 minutes for confirming my information. Poor me, at that time, I only told her my name, nationality and my UID. I felt that our conversation lasted around hours. Finally, She could understand my problem. And it was nearly midnight. Then I continued chatting with the Huobi supporter team. Everything seemed to be ok. They told me that my account was reopened. At 11 p.m that day, I finally could sign in my account again. After this memorable experience, I get out some points:
• If you have never invested in cryptocurrencies before, you should search the information carefully and find out as much information as possible. And don’t forget to ask some friends who are experienced investors in case you need their helps.
