Copy-pasting the same all over the forum. What to do?

Hi fellas.
Yesterday I found this user: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1264999
I found him/her because a post in Beginners board, in which the user was copy-pasting a Jet-Cash post from his blog (EDIT: IT HAS BEEN REMOVED ALREADY)https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4457458.msg39903427#msg39903427

Whatever Jet Cash allowed it or not, when I saw her posting activity (in her profile "she" says is a woman) I discovered things like that:


This is incredible. She has been spamming all over the forum by copy-pasting the same s**t quotes on non-related sites, again and again. When I questioned the girl about the activity I only received insults and she claimed to be "authorized by his airdrop manager via telegram" to copy paste all around. Of course, after all, she deleted the answer (possibly because she was implying her airdrop manager, who knows?) so, if you have a caché copy of this, you can check it out.

I then reported to mods, but the copy-pasted topics continue in there.
Guessing this is against the rules, of course, but if mods have done anything, then, it is n`t? Is not this user the typical spammer?

What is the process to follow when reporting these people? I mean, there are soooo many posts that I don`t know what exactly to do.

MAKE ALL YOUR BITCOIN TALK BOUNTY POSTS ON THIS THREAD, this whole topic is one big spamming mess.

And its not only Rhinoboy11 that is involved. This two members are involved in spamming as well: kimaru and naomi56. They are spamming same posts over and over again.
I have reported this whole topic to mods.

Yep, there are many, this is just one grain of sand on a beach. I`ve reported already three or four of her posts, but they are still in there.

Is there any airdrop-scam board or something? For I feel this is the fault of the airdrop manager, isn`t it?

I did see the post, and nobody contacted me before the post was made. I have opened a thread about this for private chat with some other BT senior members, as I'm not too sure of the action ( if any ) that I should take with regard to my merit article. I wrote the article to help Bitcoin Talk members, and I have no problem with it being posted in the forum. I was given credit and a link, but I think it would have been better if the normal forum procedures for linking to articles had been used. I created an article rather than starting a thread, because threads seem to die fairly quickly on the popular boards, and I wanted to be able to link to it if it became relevant in a future thread.

With regard to my article, I'll leave it up to the forum community to decide what should be done. I have no problem with the article being used in the forum to help members or the forum itself if it is considered to be useful. Please note, I am still keeping the copyright on the article.

Yes, and when I first saw this, I just going to ask the user if she has asked for permission, that`s all because I think this is always far more polite to ask first before copy-pasting another user`s work.
 But when I entered into her profile and activity history I was shocked.
Anyway, the post has been deleted already, but the scammer activity goes and goes on, and the most concerning part is was she claimed she asked her airdrop manager and he/she told that copy-pasting the same was ok.
Maybe this is time to encourage managers to maintain some quality, I`m afraid they are the real problem in here...

Just report them with the message "Copy paste". Mods will handle them and hammer these scumbags with a ban on each. These people need to to be exterminated from the forum. It is because of lowlife spammers that the forum is being becoming a toilet for the infantile diarrhoea of self-righteous shitposters from every dying corner of the world.
