If klwolf2000 can't help you I am willing to help you for free as long as it doesn't turn into an ordeal.  I haven't mined decred specifically so I don't know the pools and exchanges and it sounds like klwolf2000 does, so probably he should be your first choice but if you are unable to get the thing working I am sure I can help.

BTW, it looks like 1 DCR is worth $85 dollars so dude is asking more than you offered.  Just sayin'

go to innosilicon and you have all instruction for set up to your d9 its download topic on website , and if you have any question i follow your topic for helping you .
