I received a bunch of gh/s vouchers from cex.io today due to their hardware failure they experience and figured i help some people out.

i have 5.

1 gh/s  for 0.015 btc.
2.3 for 0.023 btc
0.5 gh/s 0.0051
5 gh/s 0.06
3 gh/s 0.0296

The hashrate dropped to zero for hours.
I heard it was due to hardware i don't know for sure.
You can read it all on the support forum, about the failure.

As for correspondence, i received an email from the support team with an apology and voucher codes applied to me because I submitted a support tixket.

I run 1.5 th/s, so i suffered a huge loss. Around 15 blocks were mined, they didn't compensate for.

Yes sir i did because i was not compensated on my account, which i heard some user were.

I already knew he was scam! scam!When he refused to go first then I told him to middleman the deal and he stopped replying!
