what he said, if your willing to send first ill give you more than bitstamp rate.. i buy things in BTC then sell via paypal at profit so i can afford to give a better than normal rate that is slightly in your favour.

i am actually looking for about 0.24-0.25BTC but ill take what i can get as paypal is not the easiest to buy BTC with and im desperately needing BTC right now.
