No need to vote, IOcoin is already in vircurex. OpenEx is a new exchange and its very risky. My dogecoins I deposited in cryptsy still did not show up after 8 hours. I deposit dogecoins on vircurex it show up in less than 5 minutes. New exchange = risky.

It's also risky that I0coin is only on one exchange.  So I'd rather take my chances on OpenEX.  If the exchange turns out to be too risky then no one will use it anyway.
