What is going on with Nanopool, is my account hacked?!

Hello,
Today I found out that my 2 rigs pointed to nanopool mining eth with claymore cannot connect to the pool!
When I tried accessing my account it says this:

Account

not found
Remember: to add your account to the database you should find at least one share

I have money in my account and the support is not answering me!
What is going on?!!! Anyone with the same problem?

Looks like their frontend is down but their services are still running in the backend.
Just type in your rigs eth address in the XXX and they will show your rigs current up to date stats:
https://api.nanopool.org/v1/eth/user/XXX

Happens when they are doing updates.

I do not know, I tried many different options to add a purse number and it still does not work, but I think that ThePunisher49C is right with the update

I have seen this with nanopool this generally happens when you disconnect your rig for a long time..

And also profitability is low at nanopool.

 I was fortunately approached by a small pool owner, though pool is not overloaded with miners & It was frustrating initially as the pool was taking long hours to mine the block but I must tell you that my last 7  days payout  was more then 4 etc
And the pool fee us lowest.
With just 380 mh.
That's more what I expected.

It was just updates and it was temporary like before.

Noticed about 10 hours ago the stats page was back up corresponding to my own address.
It is getting stable but still seeing "retry live page" once and a while.
But as soon as I reload the page it comes up.

Looks like it is all back to normal now.
