Need prepaid card for online use

Hey guys , i am not really sure if this is the right place to create this topic so if it isn't then MODS please move it to the appropriate segment. Anyway  i need a Prepaid / Virtual Credit Card for signing up for services on the internet , upgrading accounts and stuff like that . ONLY TRUSTED MEMBERS PLEASE!! ONLY TRUSTED MEMBERS.
(Note:I don't need a VCC for  Paypal verification, I need a VCC or prepaid card for online usage.)

Thanks a lot Faiza. I would look into that although it seems he service provider is on vacation. In the mean time  would appreciate some more suggestions . Thanks in advance
