Ethereum build issue

Got fatal error trying to build client on both tarball and git clone.
"boost/multiprecision/cpp_int.hpp: No such file or directory"

I'm Lubuntu 13.04.

I have the same problem in Linux Mint.

Has something to do with libboost-dev library...........either incomplete or outdated packages.
