Looking for somone with good knowledge of Proof of Stake

I know you don't like posts relating to altcoins in this section of the forum but I am hoping to find someone that knows Proof of stake well
as I am looking for someone to help with coding a replacement blockchain for ADT

( long story short the old blockchain has issues and I want to move to a new blockchain )

Its a nice easy job for someone that knows about Proof of Stake 

also looking for someone that can make an android wallet for a POS coin
