Some bounties (e.g. those hosted on vyper.io) give you stakes for Instagram-follows. Maybe the thread-owner was talking about such bounties?

If we were to remove instagram we would have to be consistent and remove Twitter and Facebook too. I'm not against the idea of removing the bounty board all together to be honest. Keep the altcoin boards but just remove the bounty board.
