I try in my browser it times out but if i use tor I can connect. any reason?

Maybe they somehow block your IP? No idea really, try a different browser or ping the site from console, at least you'll know if it's a browser problem.

It has been happening to me too, tried on different machines, browsers and connections. No such luck. Guessing that it is something out of our control.

Having checked the BTC-E Twitter it is conformed as a DDoS attack.

Everything okey here. Don't know what you are talking about. Fast loading. Might be it was a DDoS but it was resolved in the meantime.

Yeah we know it's ok because he could enter with TOR, so the site was up, but that still doesn't explain why he can't enter without proxies.
