CGMiner error, no idea why it's doing this, screenshit inside

This is the error that comes up when I start the miner.
New mining rig, have not been able to mine yet because of this. Have Catalyst 13.xx installed and have tried on both cgminer 3.7.3 and an older version like the one in the screenshot, all say the same.
The GPU works fine with games and benchmarks so it must be something with the cgminer.

Tried using GUIminer's cgminer aswell, nothing happens there either.

Reduce your TC or add more RAM.
