To avoid being misinformed please follow social media pages on projects you work on - and keep yourself updated on project performance and progress. This are start-ups you are working on and so many things can cause delays and change of course. I believe that way you will understand project managers when they delay release of airdrops, bounty payment, referral programs etc. As for TipBot I'm one of the first people to join and there has been changes and partnerships along the way causing the management to update their plans towards getting the project known and adopted.
