What is the best erc20 token to hodl for long term

Most of my coin that I hold for longterm  is mostly altcoins and I have only erc20 and I think you should make your own research about different tokens that good to hold for longtime and that gives you a lot of profit after few years. Choose only that you think potential to avoid losing capital.

For long term holding we must consider lots of things about the coin. I think we must consider about the the project, team, market cap, circulating suply etc. We must read and understand the whitepaper. I think top 10 in the coin market cap is good to long term hold. Specially, ETH, LTC, XRP and ADA.

Selling it now is IMO a nonsens because soon many tokens will enter in the market and they have been bought arround $0.005 on internal trading places...
And we can see I'm right because WSPU2 holders do not sell...

A very difficult question, because the most promising coins in my opinion are the new blockchains. Now they are ERC-20 tokens, but in the future they will switch to their own platforms. As for the tokens, I have an Egretia and ArcBlock in my portfolio. These are quite promising projects.
