I have 3 rigs on top of armoire and have been looking to put  an oscillating fan behind them to help it cool. I have around 9 inches space between back of the rig and the wall. Also around 2 ft of space on top of the rig.

Will prefer a fan that can be screwed on the rig frame. Any suggestions?

Any fan will do, the important thing is that the fan would somehow blow away the hot air from the rig and that the provided fan would be potent enough (CFM big enough).
It's just important to get rid of the hot air in the mining room to keep the GPUs cool.
