The listed chief Finanical Officer is Nick Evdokimov of ICO Box.  He was part of the teams for several other failed fraudulent ICO offerings.  Including KYC Legal, Paragon, Gigawatt.   See thread about KYC Legal to see what to expect.
Their ICO has not started sales of the coin yet but are scheduled for Dec 2018.  If you go to Maxroyal's homepage and click on the link, you will find Nick's LinkedIn deleted.  He needs to rebuild his profile.
