That is very simple, if you really want to win the gas war you can try increasing your GAS fee and your GWEI to its highest available, though it may cost much higher than normal ethereum transaction but you will win the gas war battle.

You only need to increase the GWEI fee up to many times and do the shipping as soon as possible so Netwotk will immediately process the transaction you made. but for me this is a waste, I will check the normal gas requirements for shipping on ethgasstation.info and then I will increase a little higher so that the shipment can run smoothly

It all depends on the projects in which you are involved. Often put 1000-1500 GWEI to 100% to conduct the transaction.
