It may sue and be sued or may hold property in the name of its secretary or other officer. Corporations sole, exempt public authorities, and unincorporated bodies that have their head office or principal place of business in Australia are excluded from the definition of foreign company.

the fact they can't even edit the icons on their own forum homepage is hilarious, are they so stupid or what leaving TF's logo up  Cheesy

didn't they realize they could just place an icon of the same size directly in place of inputs.io so it didn't have to rearrange their wall LoL
