Too hard for newbie

It was so hard, when I just stepped into this forum, I did not know what, then I found out, I enjoyed the rankings here, I started plowing, and up to now has been 2 months , my account has been banned for 7 days by low quality post, unlocked on 28/06/2018, less than 24h have been banned, i really find it difficult to understand this, while i was not up What to do with my account.

Anyway its because of low quality posts.... you even say it and you still dont understand, farming for posts for the ranks and the bounties is not allowed here

It's not hard. You got ban because you post low quality posts, so try to post somethings better.
