i really need your advice how can i stop wpe pro for accessing in my website  and ports specially for 123flashchat
i'm getting lot of spam and i need to stop them asap!

the solution that im looking for is when someone run wpe pro in his PC and when he try to login to my website he must be rejected / blocked  by firwall for example

Have you tried to ban the IP of these users?

Maybe you can try their advices in there. I don't know much in programming.

Have you tried to ban the IP of these users?

they can change it in seconds to another IP so its not possible i know a website that have this feature tried to contact him but no reply , when you open wpe pro and you try to access to this website the swf resource will load normally but you cant login to the chat platform it will banned you bcz wpe pro is running on your PC
