I’m a Ruby on Rails developer and making a crypto exchange that will integrate ICO projects, and enable its users to trade with their local government isssued currencies, enable them to issue their own personal currencies.

I almost made functions but the core function, matching engine is not effective so I’m improving it.

So what I’m looking for is programmers who can use Ruby on Rails well.
