so if you post to fast you get banned for that, thats kinda of dumb if they bad due to your speed.  Means people cant keep up

You won't get banned but you get message which says you post too often and you must wait <6 minutes, and that time gets smaller longer you have been there.

I think you have 6 minutes and I have like 30 seconds.
