Miners that have been participating in the network and have earned over 800,000 Aion Coins since the launch of Aion-Kilimanjaro (mainnet). These native Aion coin will now have the opportunity to be exchanged from and exchanged to other crypto-assets.
Today, we’d like to announce that Bilaxy, a global multi-cryptocurrency exchange that provides real time and safe trading, is listing our native Aion coin at 17:00 UTC+8 on July 6th, 2018 with full withdrawal and trading functions live at 17:00 UTC+8 on July 8th, 2018. This is the first instance of the Aion coin being integrated into an exchange, and we are very happy to partner with Bilaxy for this event.
Point of Clarification (!): Aion Coins are a DIFFERENT asset from the Aion tokens listed on other exchanges (which are ERC-20 Aion tokens). Aion coins are the native asset of the Aion public blockchain, Kilimanjaro. These are equivalent but non-congruent assets, and they may potentially have a different price due to market forces. Following the intent of the Aion project, at the public launch of our Ethereum to Aion bridge, the ERC-20 Aion token will be 1-to-1 exchangeable for the native Aion coin.
