fatBTC bot trading between bid/ask gap

I was watching trading activity of ECA/ETH at fatBTC partly because they do have very high trading volume/activity for a new listing.
It turned out that fatBTC uses bots to place orders between real bid/ask gap to improve volume/activity.

Can anyone confirm this? I saw this happen earlier with HTML/ETH pair too.

I tried yesterday to make a deal with ETH/BTC.
There's a great spread between buying and selling.
So my warrant was there at the best price for 2 hours !!! It did not work and I took it off.
All the deals they make inside the spread. They are cheating in this way !!!
