Problem mining please help and I will reward you

I have decided to mine using minerd first but I am having a hard time doing it I have tried a lot of methods and it seems
nothing is working out

this is my method

I have downloaded minerd here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=55038.msg654850#msg654850

Unpack minerd onto my desktop. In my new minerd folder I create a new text document. In that new text document I  put the following but changing the pool address and inserting my username, worker name and worker password:

minerd -o stratum+tcp://de2.miningpool.co:3399 -u username.worker -p worker password

I  click on the text file and rename the file to xxx.bat instead of xxx.txt

my configuration was minerd.exe -a scrypt -o stratum+tcp://digi.morecoins.org:3333 -u overshadow.overshadow1 -p Worker 1234 --threads 2

is this the right one everytime I click my .bat it show flashes for a second and then nothing happen

I thought it's going to work when I clicked the .bat but all I am getting are flashes that only last for seconds

Can you give me a good method and can you help me configure my minerd..

Did you download the correct version?

in your .bat file put the following command in after your minderd command. It will pause it so you can see the output.

I had a similar issue with the .bat not loading on my PC. You need to move the file folder from your desktop. Hell, you should only have shortcuts on your desktop anyways; slow the hell out of your system. Anyways, try this. It'll probably work. I don't want your coins.
