the price he is asking is actually pretty decent considering the new ones cant be jailbroken and it already has xbmc installed

Compared with eBay prices it's not bad, if you want an apple TV specifically. Be sure to use escrow, unescrowed deals make baby bitcoiners cry.

 The 2nd gen are selling for way more due to the fact that the only real difference is you can jailbreak them.
(I sold one for twice the new price)
