HIS 7970 bios

I am using HIS ATI HD 7970 ICE Q
board: intel 945G -ICH7
ECU INTEL CORE 2 E6700

the board bios is 03.02
the mining speed is 540K. many people said i need to flash up the BIOS,
if it is true,which version BIOS i need? Does anyone know? Thanks alot
