It's already taking some steps to actually use a dApp. You should convert fiat to ETH. You will transfer ETH to the platform you will be using. it will helpful for you.

Well, in general, cryptocurrencies are involved in this, there are simply separate projects and their coins that are used in such areas, although it is really strange why it is still impossible to use simpler and more popular coins.

Ethereum has created a lot of jobs for other people and Ethereum has also become a pioneer for samtrontracts.
The function of altcoins to stick to the Ethereum network is to create different tokens like the ones you want, like UBER and tokens for Games.

I followed dappradar and something interesting for me is that dapps aren't populat at all. The most popular dapp is IDEX. Decentralized exchange.
As for games, you can't compare game and such service as Uber
