I have often moved my coins between BTC-E and Cryptsy. Today however it is not going as smoothly. It has been hours since the transaction was confirmed and the coins are in the wallet according to blockexplorer, but I they aren't showing up in my wallet on BTC-E. Anyone else experiencing a slowdown or know what is causing it?

Cryptsy is VERY variable in it's inbound processing, depending on the alt coin. I'm seeing delays of 24 hours for DOGE. Personally, I think you are better off transferring from BTC-e to personal wallet then to Cryptsy because BTC-e does NOT show the transaction id of the outbound transfer, so impossible to trace/confirm. I've raised several support tickets on this at BTC-e, and they all got ignored and closed.
