Any Difference Between a 5770 1Gig and a 5770 512Meg?

Just wondering what a difference there would be between a 5770 1Gig and a 512 Meg card in terms of mining... not a lot I would guess?

Any ideas please?

None for Bitcoin. More memory just means you can run games at a higher resolution or with more textures.
LiteCoin may mine better with more memory though.
