Jormo is a new cryptocurrency designed to be a mining and community focused coin. We have made the mining experience enjoyable to all by using Cryptonight V7 Lite to create an ASIC resistant experience. This makes it easier for anyone to mine instead of a single person getting everything. We have also really dived in deep to making a large community presence. We do this by having several websites you can use to both interact and earn Jormo. The current community websites can be found farther down this page along with a description of their use. More info can be found on the websites.

Community

Community is an important part of Jormo's goal. We have made a number of resources and places you can go to interact with the community. These include Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and Twitter.




Community Circle

The Community Circle is a collection of websites where you can earn and spend Jormo. By contributing to the wiki or task list you can earn Jormo or you can spend Jormo by requesting tasks or wiki articles. The goal of these features is to create ways to share knowledge and skill in the community. The following websites were released on July 10, 2018 and are still in beta.

Wiki

The Jormo Wiki is a place where you can request people to write articles about anything not just Jormo. In exchange for people to write these articles you give them a set amount of Jormo.

Tasks

The Jormo Task List where you can ask people to do small tasks for you like solve a math equation or proof read a paragraph in exchange for Jormo. A full list of categories can be found on the website.

Miners

Want to use someone's miners. The Jormo Miners website is a place for people to either offer or request miners from others in exchange for Jormo.
