Media is one of the competence of the bitcoin because most of the media now are negative feedback about bitcoin and the investor of the bitcoin panic and they sell their bitcoin. Because we know media is powerful because they have a lot of people who see their news and their authorize to do review everything. Just keep holding bitcoin because it is a good Idea.
The media outlets are shit. They adjust their agenda based on the sentiment, which is pathetic. On top of that, the quality and unbiased nature of their articles have reached yet another all time low this year. I use them to counter the market sentiment, which has been working pretty well -- doing the opposite of what the mass thinks will happen is a profitable practice. It's not guaranteed to work every single time, but this at least allows you to book more profitable than losing longer term trades. I'm not messing with the very short term market, but longer term trading (buy low sell high) seems the better option with how we keep jumping up and down.
