Ask your scamming cloudmining company... For the record, none are really worth it and far too many are pyramid schemes.
Ya *do* realize that all businesses run differently right? So also might want to give info as to who the company is and ask them why you cannot assign an address to be used all of the time. Aside from that, once you have a wallet address it is yours to use forever if you want.

It will not affect your payments. Even if a payment is made to your previous address the funds will be credited to your wallet not anyone else. So, there is no need to worry about the address change every time you get I guess in a blockchain wallet.

Doesnt really matter at all yet even if you do have a fixed btc payout address you cant still own that one yet you dont have the private keys which is normal for any other services or exchange wallets. They do have the full control if they would like to make changeable address regarding on your payout. Just to ask why would mind too much? Believing that you can use up that btc address on other means? or you are worried because you wont be paid up? Dont mind because sooner or later that cloud mining site of yours will definitely vanish.

You got scammed mate. First of all you should not go with the cloud mining investment blindly without analyzing what website you are using to check the legitmacy things mate. I want to go with the mining means cloud mining is not the way to make the money.
Instead of that you can invest on trading or go with buying some decent hash giving mining cards to start mining mate.

Tell us if what wallet you are using so that we can give you ways where you can find your old address and like the other said it is your forever so if you use a fake wallet that generates new address every time you receive bitcoin and there is no option to view all of your old bitcoin address then the wallet you are using is fake and scam.

Cloud mining is a cloud based mining where you can pay to rent a hash rate from their service and most of the cloud mining site are scam and I suggest you to stop investing on cloud mining to prevent losing your investment.

Do not jump to conclusion without answering the op's question, you're more likely off-topic here. There are still running cloud mining sites until today but don't expect that you can get you're ROI easily or not at all unless if you're one of the earliest investors there. And more likely @Smarty14392 answered your question and obviously, your wallet is an HD[1] one.
