Question About Changing Password/Email on BTC-E.

Can't seem to get a straight answer on this and it's confusing. If you go to change your password or email on BTC-E, the following warning comes up:

"For security purposes, after a e-mail change your account will be locked for withdrawal within 2 days."

Do they actually mean to say "will be locked for withdrawl FOR 2 days"?

I am doing a round of password updates so want to make sure before I do it.
