Already I have accounts with Poloniex, Kraken, Bittrex, Kraken, GDAX, Cryptopia, HITBTC and Nexybit.
I dont want to create an account on Binance just to move/convert 20 EOS,
im not sure but the fees alone would frighten me for such a small amount of EOS.

Obviously with the markets shifting so much I would be open to offers . . .

You can easy and secure trade it on a Huobi. It's not a problem. Also there are you will be more secure. It's not so safe to exchange it here.
