I want to share with you the service I am using to buy ETH quickly and easily, maybe it will be useful to someone else too.

LocalEthereum is peer to peer Eth dapp, means a smart contract that is an escrow between buyer and seller.

According to the data of https://dappradar.com/ it is currently 13. dapp by the number of daily users with a turnover of more than 100 eth per day and over 1000 eth per week.

Purchase or sale is simple. Make an account, verify your email (no document verification is required) and either set your own sales/purchase conditions or contact existing ones.

If, for example, you want to buy eth, you first look at whether there is someone who sells with the price that suits you and the method that suits you. Methods are: bank accounts, debit cards, PayPal (don't use it for selling), Skrill/Neteller, in person, and more... look for yourself if you are interested. When you select an offer that suits you by clicking on a new window, in the left part of the screen, a chat with the other party opens, and on the right transfer data, or escrow (agents, in this case, it is a smart contract).

If, say, you are buying through Skrill, the seller is obliged to "fill" the escrow contract, or to send the agreed amount of eth into an intermediary contract. When on the right you arrive at a confirmation that an intermediate (neutral) contract is filled with the agreed amount of eth, the seller gives you information in the chat window where to pay the money, in this case the Skrill address. When you pay the money the seller will release the escrow, and you get your eth on your LocalEthereum account from where you can send it to the address you want.

In case of possible problems, the mediator will decide and use the data from the chat, so write on the chat everything you do.

Tax is 0.25% for the maker and 0.75% for the taker.

For the whole transaction, it takes about 10-15 minutes, you can be completely anonymous (tax wise), you do not have to verify, send the selfies and the commission is miserable, the ways of payment are almost all imaginable.

Happy trading!  Grin

No need to do KYC?

A distributed system attempts to access an API data source, but since the nodes need not execute the instructions simultaneously, the data provided by the API can yield different results. Hence you need to build some kind of time to API value lookup table; formally called oracle.
