Danger of Office romance for an organization.

I know a hospital that the administrator sleeps with one of the nurses.Now this nurse does what she like ,comes to work late ,refuses to work well and leaves before time.No body can query her because she dates a high man.Now all the other nurses also decided to be indifferent to the job and the administrator is now hot.He can no more call the hospital to order. The hospital is in court now for negligence which leads to the death of a pregnant woman.Views please.
