Not sure what you're talking about right now. In last 2-3 weeks we have got mainly positive/bullish news about bitcoin.
About 20k$ price prediction for me it higly depends on BTC ETF decision for me even 25-30k$ is easy possible after ETF approval.

Day by day popularity of bitcoin is increasing in the international market, hopefully, if it continues increasing in the same ration and one thing is more when more and more countries will legalize bitcoin then hopefully it may reach $20000 easily.
