Hello Everyone,
I have a problem with my Account been impersonated by someone, i receive different messages from two different people here about having ico announcement thread or creating one.

I have never create any thread since joining this forum, this will be my first time doing so, someone just accuse me of using their announcement thread or creating a copy of the announcement thread somewhere which i know nothing about.

Am still trying to understand how to upload screenshots here in the forum so everyone can see the messages i receive in my inbox.

Am reporting this so i can prevent my Account from been abuse by the wrong doers or use to scam innocent people. I am the original owner of this account and i will like to know what to do to prevent my account been use for any illegal misconduct. Thanks.

Change your password and scan your OS for malicious software.

The only way to make sure you are still the owner of the account is to post a signed message here claiming ownership of the account. If you have posted any bitcoin or ethereum address here on the forum from this account for whatever reason, use it to sign a message. You can only do this for wallets that you have control over private keys. So wallets of exchanges dont count.

Without a signed message there is no other method to prove ownership of the account. As a prophylactic measure you should do this so you can use it future if your account gets hacked.
