Mining Proxy

Is it possible to setup a proxy service so that I can just point the miners to the proxy and then point the proxy to whatever pool I want?
IE: if I feel like adding a coin or changing what Im mining I can just change the redirect on the proxy and not edit conf files . . .
It gets a bit annoying when you got 60 rigs running.
