Lots of complaints which I assume you do have the same problem. I don't know how this man do steal of ETH and tokens into its victims but its clear or no doubt this is hackers address. Am I right?

You can check the speadsheet in bounty campaign or search in BCT forum to find the owner of this wallet. But it is crazy that the advantage of blockchain is hiden the information of the wallet and now you want to find the information of this wallet, so confuse.
