OK, I didn't expect this article to suddenly go into the bitcoin.org ownership issue/fiasco/whatever you want to call it.

That said, I had no idea the whitepaper was retitled. I always thought the best way to describe Bitcoin quickly was how it was direct money sending without needing to trust anyone/anything to take care of it for you. "Electronic cash without a trusted third party". And no, I'm not going to get drawn into the pointless "cash" debate in the title.
