Creating Alt Coin

I know creating of Alt-coin is a bit crazy as there are tons around.  But I am thinking of creating it just as a hobby and for fun.  Wonder if there is any faq or guides around on how to create your own alt-coin?

There are two easy options for that.
Either you can create an ethereum token, you don't need to setup anything after that. https://www.ethereum.org/token

There are other options as well such as Neblio, Stellar, Waves.  Maybe create your token on something such as Neblio where you would be one of the first coins on there and receive a lot of support from the Neblio supporters.  Your coin sounds perfect for one of the platform outside of the top 50.

My opinion is that we can make duplicate coins .as by script coins would be easily handle but carefully from faq & guides.

There must be faqs and also I think you should refer to consultations from professional advisors. Its not so easy even when it is a hobby, a lot of work need to be done
