I have a Onda D1800 Board and it started having the issue of "intel trusted execution engine interface" driver "status_device_power_failure". i tried everything i could think of to fix it fresh install of windows, driver updates direct from intel, new PSU, everything.

and nothing has work to fix it, so then i bought a new board... some how the new board has the same issue. which makes me think it is a BIOS issue.

Ive used Rufus to make a FreeDos usb, got the bios off Onda's website, and changed bios settings to disable secure boot, i can see the USB in Boot Manager but when i try to boot off it, it just blinks the screen and goes back to the boot manager.

Ive tried multiple usb's, recreated them with rufus multiple times, im really stuck by this point.

Any help would be amazing.
