Is 0x for Ethereum based tokens only? Or can it be used for Bitcoin and other Omni and Neo based tokens for example?

it is for ethereum based tokens only, you can try to visit 0x platform directly and i guess ddex is a similar site like idex but it's building on the 0x protocol.  It can't be used for another token that based on another platform such as omni, neo and other.
