I don't know exactly which addresses is this but the address that started with C it looks like a Canada eCoin and cannacoin then the B address are AbnCoin and Bata coin.
I've manually check some coins from coinomi tool here
https://www.coinomi.com/recovery-phrase-tool.html that generates addresses of every coins.
Click the generate Random Mnemonic then select coin one by one then check this "Derived Addresses" you can see all generated addresses then make a list of same format with the coin name.
Then search the coin in
https://coinmarketcap.com and look for explorer so that you can check the address above if it is a valid address if not then try the other coin until you find the exact coin.
