I don't get the bashing of the OP's English. Less than 20% of the world's population speaks English. He posted sufficient information in broken English to be understood. Obviously the problem here is that they inadvertently sent bitcoin to a bitcoin cash address.

Op the solution is simple, find the private keys for the address, bitcoin and cash use the same private keys. With that, you can access the funds in the bitcoin address. However, if you don't have the private keys for some reason, eg, an exchange address, that could pose a problem.

THANKS.

In spanish. Please translate it.

Why didn't you answer my question instead of complaining about people mocking your English?

Where did you send the BTC? To an exchange, friend, specific website or to your own wallet? Please be specific if you need help.

trying to translate what you said into better english.
it sound like you had BTC but someone gave you an address. you moved the BTC to that address. but because the other person was looking at BCH they did not see the funds arrrive.

the solution. if the translation is correct is this:
the person who has the receiving address has a private key.
the private key for BCH is the SAME for BTC.

so ask the receiver to download a BTC wallet and put the private key into the btc wallet and they will see the btc.

VERY THANKS

Contact the exchange and try to explain the situation. They are literally the only ones who can recover your BTC. No one else.

Which exchange was that? Some will not bother to recover your coins, while others will charge a fee for that.

As I understand you basically sent BTC to a BCH adress. As far as I know your BTC are simply lost. It doesn't matter if you have or not the private keys

Very Thanks for understand and help me.  Grin
