Hello Everyone,

I purchased  Innosilicon T2TH+ 37TH but I can't seem to make it work. I can't seem to find logs or any sort of verbose detail than will guide me on troubleshooting. Connecting via SSH seems to not work.   Most common passwords of root are not applicable ( blacksheepwall, innot1t2 or t1t2t3a5 )

I tried using slushpool and f2pool.  I already read the manual at: https://www.innosilicon.com.cn/download/T2T-32T-BTC-Master-Manual-en.pdf

I also upgraded the firmware to: t2th+_soc_20191113_023916 build date: 13th of November 2019 02:39 AM

Here are the screenshots:

Overview --> https://prnt.sc/q741vg

Pool config -->> https://prntscr.com/q7431w

Anyone have an advice what do to? Or how to troubleshoot / verify?

Thanks.

To see the logs, just append /logs to the IP address of the miner in your web browser.

So for that miner it would be http://172.16.8.152/logs

your ip is. 172.16.8.152

your gateway is 172.16.0.10

usually   the .8. should match   the .0.

you are doing. dhcp

so i am not sure why you don’t match gateway.

Thank you for the reply. So far this can connect to the internet. Perhaps this have 255.255.0.0 subnet. Anyhow,

Problem with Innosilicon Miner:

screenshot --> https://prntscr.com/q7hjkw

Even the default pool can't do the mining. I tried antpool, f2pool and slushpool all the same issues.  tried hardware factory reset. software factory reset.. still same issues.

It always says

Code:
Dec 07 10:26:04 InnoMiner cgminer[11714]: Timed out waiting for response in initiate_stratum
Dec 07 10:26:04 InnoMiner cgminer[11714]: Initiate stratum failed

Anyone have an advice? how to troubleshoot?

Thanks.

Try to ping the pool server not just ping use the psping to ping the pool with port.

Check this guide below replace the viaBTC with your pool.

Here's the guide below.

- First download the PSping you can find it from here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/psping
- Now, extract the file.
- Open CMD
- Type this command below.

Code:
cd "Folder path of psping"

Sample below.

Code:
cd C:\Users\Admin\Downloads\PSTools

- Now perform this command below.

Code:
psping btc.viabtc.com:3333

Now the ping will show something like 213ms this ping is high and for me, it is not recommended ping it will gives me high rejected share.
Here's the result of mine.

Code:
TCP connect to 47.89.133.160:3333:
5 iterations (warmup 1) ping test:
Connecting to 47.89.133.160:3333 (warmup): from 192.168.1.3:56723: 213.08ms
Connecting to 47.89.133.160:3333: from 192.168.1.3:56724: 213.63ms
Connecting to 47.89.133.160:3333: from 192.168.1.3:56725: 215.06ms
Connecting to 47.89.133.160:3333: from 192.168.1.3:56726: 215.65ms
Connecting to 47.89.133.160:3333: from 192.168.1.3:56727: 212.81ms

TCP connect statistics for 47.89.133.160:3333:
  Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
  Minimum = 212.81ms, Maximum = 215.65ms, Average = 214.29ms

Other viabtc pool servers for BTC below.

- stratum+tcp://btc.viabtc.com:25
- stratum+tcp://btc.viabtc.com:443

You can ping them and test the ping.

Here's my other result on another pool (sg.kano.is:3333) as a sample.

Code:
TCP connect to 45.32.116.44:3333:
5 iterations (warmup 1) ping test:
Connecting to 45.32.116.44:3333 (warmup): from 192.168.1.3:56787: 74.79ms
Connecting to 45.32.116.44:3333: from 192.168.1.3:56788: 76.01ms
Connecting to 45.32.116.44:3333: from 192.168.1.3:56789: 96.49ms
Connecting to 45.32.116.44:3333: from 192.168.1.3:56790: 76.90ms
Connecting to 45.32.116.44:3333: from 192.168.1.3:56791: 74.06ms

This ping with an average of 80ms is good ping so this one is a good pool server and recommended to use.

Try to other pool you can find more pool from this link https://miningpoolstats.stream/bitcoin.

If no connection then try to use other pool server.

Check these list below.

Code:
URL:
China Server URL
stratum+tcp://btc.f2pool.com:1314(Alternate port: 3333, 25)
USA Server URL
stratum+tcp://btc-us.f2pool.com:3333(Alternate port: 1314, 25)
EU Server URL
stratum+tcp://btc-eu.f2pool.com:3333(Alternate port: 1314, 25)

You can see the unit from your network's UI? Had an issue where my router wasn't assigning IP automatically had to restore factory and assign manually from the unit.
