Activity Freeze problem !

i made 100+ post in Last 3-4 days
but my activity is not changing it's Fixed to 70
i have waited for 30+ min [more than 2 days actually] but still it's not changing !
This error is happening since i started to delete my old bump post's !

You can only earn 14 activity every two week period. you have already earned add much activity that you can have and must wait for the next period.

Maximum activity per activity update (2 weeks ) is only 14. The number of posts will not make any changes i your activty no matter how many posts you make if you reach thw ma potential activity your accout has.
